For large payments, the credit card company may call you to verify your identity. If it is judged to be an abnormal order, such as the use of a stolen card or an order under someone else's name, the order may be held or canceled arbitrarily.
For bank transfers, you can transfer the product purchase amount directly via PC banking, internet banking, telebanking, or at a nearby bank.
The name of the depositor entered at the time of order and the name of the actual depositor must match. Deposit must be made within 7 days, and orders without deposit will be automatically canceled.
Shipping begins after the application is completed and payment is made, and delivery takes up to 3 business days.

Exchange/return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer. However, shipping costs for exchanges/returns due to product defects are borne by Nutrakos.
The shipping cost for returns (one-way) is 3,000 KRW. (If you received free shipping, round-trip shipping cost will be applied, which is 6,000 KRW.)
The shipping cost for exchanges (round-trip) is 6,000 KRW.
